Returns and Refunds

If you want to return an item, use the return request on your order confirmation when payment has been confirmed. The store reviews each request. Returned items should be unused and in original condition unless the store agrees otherwise. Shipping charges are not automatically refunded. The store does not advertise free worldwide returns or a blanket “no-questions-asked” policy. Refunds, if approved, are issued through the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. This page does not create a refund until that process is completed.
